The typographic system pairs Garamond and Bodoni to reflect the core qualities of couture: craftsmanship, precision, and refinement. 
Garamond’s organic curves and classical proportions evoke the history and handwork behind couture’s construction. 
In contrast, Bodoni’s high contrast and crisp verticality embody the structured silhouettes and bold visual statements that appear on couture runways. 
This combination allows the publication to communicate both tradition and modernity through type.
